Three difficulties and benefits I will face as a instructor.
When it comes to teaching I think that there will be many challenges and rewards, inside the following text message I will talk about three of each. The initially challenge i will face as a teacher will be the variety of a class. " This diversity is out there in four different dimensions, which are discussed in number 3. 1” (Kauchak & Eggen p. 71). These are generally culture, terminology, gender, and exceptionalities. It will probably be an amazing chance to get to know such a diverse group. The second challenge that I can face will be bullying. Even though I was in school bullying was obviously a problem great that we have even more technology it is just a bigger issue than ever. Prior to technology arrived bullying consisted of name dialling and choosing fights that could be manipulated rather very easily but now with all of the smartphones and laptops bullying can happen on a much larger scale and it's harder to control. " Cyberbullying turns into a serious problem when it places other student's mental health or lives for risk” (Kauchak & Eggen p. 265). The third and final obstacle that I can face will be punishment in their classroom. The difficult part will probably be finding a punishment that works for the entire class. The truth that everybody is raised in different ways will be a key factor in deciding a consequence system. " The function of abuse, both in class room management and child elevating, has been contested for centuries (e. g.
